WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? PLEASE READ
We do not hold ready-made inventory for immediate shipment. The majority of our products are custom made. After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our five fulfillment centers where we will ship your items. Our fulfillment centers are based in Africa, the United States, Canada, China and various countries around the world. Orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email.
Once your order has processed, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live, ensuring that I provide the very highest levels of professionalism to you at all times.
Orders typically ship out around 7 to 10 days after an order is placed. Once your order is shipped it usually takes 7 to 15 days for you to receive your order. We Ship Worldwide, International orders usually take longer than the 7 to 15 days time frame.
This time frame is due to the fact that the majority of our products are made as each order is placed. As soon as your order is placed, it is sent to production by our fulfillment team to be created. This is why the majority of our orders do not ship out immediately after an order is placed. Please know that as soon as your order is finished, we instantly package and place it in the mail to be shipped.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees. Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. I am not responsible for packages lost in transit. I can not guarantee how long it will take for international packages to be received. For international delays, please contact your local customs office.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive it.
Our manufacturers are based in Africa, the United States, Canada, China and various countries around the world, items in the same purchase will most likely be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the fact that almost every order is made to order, we offer exchanges on a case by case bases. Exchange request must be made within 1 week of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Contact us before returning any items. All sale items and custom made items are final sale.
We do not accept returns
We do not offer replacement for packages lost in transit.
We do not issues refunds for in transit packages.
We do not replace stolen or un-retrieved packages marked as delivered. Please be sure to delivery address is correct.
Returned packages due to an incorrect address will incur a reshipment fee.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery) transactions securely through Paypal. You will receive confirmation of your order through email.
